I agree that the information given on this registration card is correct and will advise the school immediately of any changes
I understand that the cost of a Montessori Education is high and that the fees are subject to annual increases.
I will ensure my ward reports to school daily unless indisposed due to poor health or other matters. Any absence will be communicated to the school Administrator immediately.
I understand that I must give Kiddy Love Montessori Learning Centre a terms’ notice if I wish to permanently remove my child from Nursery.
Failure to report to school after two weeks of the beginning of term without explanation or any contact between home and school, or non-payment of school fees, will be deemed as withdrawal and the child’s name being removed from the enrollment list.
I agree to pay my wards’ tuition on or before school reopens. Failure to do so will incur 5% surcharge.
I agree to abide by the policies of Kiddy Love Montessori Learning Centre.
